Mr. Coscioni, a Registered Investment Advisor, is current CEO and Chief Investment Officer of WealthCare Financial Planners, LLC—a firm that specializes in financial planning, investment management and related tax planning and preparation services for individuals. In addition, Mr. Coscioni was a member of the Board of Directors of several private and public companies, as well as non-profit organizations. Mr. Coscioni was the Managing Partner of Burke & Company, a certified public accounting firm in Chicago, from 1963 through 1986.

Mr. Coscioni is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois and continued with post-graduate studies at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and the College for Financial Planners, Denver, Colorado. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners.
